Each strain contains two genes similar to the previously identified lipase I and lipase II: Lipase I :( CBS178.71 , PIR ATCC 34614 , PIR S41094 NRCC 205002, PIR S41095 NRRL Y-552 and PIR S41096 NRRL Y 553) || Lipase 1 of Geotrichum fermentans is identical to geoca-2lipa AB000260 || Q2PPA8 Q2PPA8_GEOCN many differences.
