We put the mature peptide so that mutation numbering is the same as published. The signal peptide is MARSVRTPISPSSSSSSSRSSWSSPSSSFYSLLSSFKASLTRPSSSSSVAHHLAARNNDICRGLFATLVILLRMSALTSA and may vary among strain see Kozaki et al 2001 AF281161 .
