Rv1900c, a Mycobacterium tuberculosis adenylyl cyclase, is composed of an N-terminal alpha/beta-hydrolase domain and a C-terminal cyclase homology domain. The structure of the cyclase domain has been solved Sinha_2005_Embo.J_ 1YBT 1YBU . AE007050_15. There are more than 1000 strains.
