L-Isoleucine-Orlistat

OMDM-188 is a potent diglyceride lipase (DGL) inhibitor which inhibits collagen-induced p38(MAPK) phosphorylation, but does not inhibit arachidonic acid-induced aggregation or TxA2 synthesis.
