Inhibitor Report for: Salinipostin-A

Antimalarial marine natural product produced by actinomycete Salinispora tropica. Salinipostins A-K are long-chain bicyclic phosphotriesters. They are potent and selective antimalarial chemotype. The long chain can be C15H31 for Salinipostin A,F,I C14H29 fo B,D,G J, C13H27 for C,E,H,K. The short chain can be C4 for A,B,C. C3 for F,G,H , C2 for I,J,K. Salinopostin A is the most efficient (EC50 50nM against P.falciparum W2). Salinipostin B 129903178 C 129903221 G 129903331 H 129903332 K 129903145 J 129903201 I 129903200 F 129903272
