Comment The family ACP_33 (Maspardin-ACP33-SPG21_like) has finally been introduced in ESTHER after a suggestion of Dr. Andrew Crosby. It is not yet associated with a PFAM entry, but it had been recognized as alpha/beta hydrolase by Zeitlmann et al. A new structure E coli Bioh At 1.7 A has been introduced (1M33) as well as new structures of human carboxylesterase complexed with homatropine (1MX5) and naloxone methiodide (1MX9) by Bencharit et al.. And structure of Xanthomonas citri alpha-amino acid ester hydrolase has been published by Barends et al. but not released yet (1MPX) alpha-amino acid ester hydrolase Acetobacter turbidans (1NX9) not released yet
