Structures of a self-compartmentalizing hexamer serine protease from Pyrococcus horikoshii are available (4HXG, 4HXE, 4HXF) and published by Menyhard et al.. Crystal structures of A. Thaliana KAI2 Apo form, and in complex with smoke-derived karrikin (4JYP, 4JYM) are available and published by Guo et al.
