Multitarget directed ligand (MTDL). In case of Alzheimer disease enzymes or pathways targeted include: Inhibition of AChE and or BCHE, Inhibition of glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK-3 kinase), BACE1-inhibitor (beta-secretase-1), antioxidant, Cannabinoid-Receptor-ligand, Sigma1R, Histamine-Receptor3-H3-Antagonist, H1-antihistamine, 5-HT-receptor-agonist, NMDA-ligand, Ca2+ channels block, Abeta aggregation, Metal ion chelator. Inhibition of multiple enzymes of the arachidonic acid cascade leads to synergistic anti-inflammatory effects. The targets include in these cases soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH), 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX), LTA4-hydrolase-inhibitor, dual sEH/FAAH
