Type_inhibitor Report for: Nerve Agent Carbamate

Derived from carbamic acid (NH2COOH). Carbamates can also inhibits many enzymes whose catalytic active site contains a nucleophilic Serine. This serine can be carbamylated. Few Nerve Agent Carbamates where developped but some are claimed to be more powerful than organophosphate.
