Mutation present in the two resistant strains 1018K Q6KAV4 AJ748115 and 968E Q6KAV3 AJ748116 this mutation is in many other aphid species || The GSM strain is homozygous for the S431F mutation. The strain H-16 is heterogenous for both S431F and A302S mutations but the haplotype A302S\/S431F is found Toda_2004 || p.Ser431Phe
