Abstract :
AIM: Chronic hepatitis B-associated liver failure (CHB-LF) is associated with high mortality. Antiviral therapy with nucleoside and nucleotide analogs (NUCs) has been reported to improve the short-term prognosis of patients with CHB-LF. However, the long-term effects of the therapy remain unclear. We undertook a cohort study to investigate the long-term effect of NUC-based antiviral therapy in patients with CHB-LF. |
