Abstract :
The recognition and isolation of toxic metabolites of diazinon by gas, thin-layer, column and high-pressure liquid chromatography is discussed. The possible toxicological significance of these compounds is considered and some preliminary attempts to assess their importance by experiments with microsomal preparations are mentioned. |
