Abstract :
Abstract: Marinifilaceae bacterium strain SPP2 is a Gram-negative facultative anaerobe, isolated from the Antarctic marine sediment. Here, we present the complete genome sequence of Marinifilaceae bacterium strain SPP2, which consists of 5,718,991bp with a G+C content of 35.99%. The genome data provides insights of microbial evolution and adaption in the Antarctic marine ecosystem. |
