AIMS: Ischemic stroke (IS) is a multifactorial disease caused by a combination of environmental risk factors and genetic susceptibilities. However, few studies have assessed the effects of gene-gene interactions among cytochrome P450 (CYP) pathway genes on the risk of stroke.
