In Burkholderia thailandensis and Burkholderia pseudomallei the C- terminal of Obc1 hydrolyses A tetrahedral C6-CoA and produces oxalate, acetoacetate, and CoA. The reaction is similar to the one catalyzed by ObcB enzyme of Burkholderia glumae but the later is not an alpha/beta hydrolase
