Derivative of Tacrine

Tacrine is one of the first cholinesterase inhibitor used to treat Alzheimer's disease. The rational for associating a molecule of tacrine with an oxime is to improve the afinity of the compound with cholinesterase and place the reactivtor close to the phosphorylated active site
