Comment
Wilhelm S. Feldberg was born in Hamburg Germany in 1900 and died in 1993 in London. In 1940, Feldberg together with David Nachmansohn and Alfred Fessard, provided the first unequivocal evidence for the electrogenic action of acetylcholine. He was the successor of Sir Henry Hallett Dale as the Head of the Division Physiology / Pharmacology at the National Institute of Medical Research in London he created the Feldberg Foundation for anglo-german scientific exchange.
