Mycolicibacterium fortuitum (Mycobacterium fortuitum) Peptidoglycan-binding protein LysinB_MF
present in the lysis cassette of the prophage phiE1336 || LysinB_MF is a modular enzyme consisting of an N-terminal peptidoglycan-binding domain (PGBD) linked to the alpha\/beta hydrolase domain. Truncation of PGBD significantly enhances the catalytic activity of LysinB_MF.
