Gly227Ala G227A (G324A) also found in drome and musdo -ACHE (ace2 othologues of pluxy-ACHE and not pluxy-ACHE1) is likely to give resistance to OP || G324A in the Plutella xylostella (L.) ACHE1. a highly resistant strain has the two mutations, a low resistant strain has only G227A Kim et al 2012. There is a rade-off between thermal tolerance and insecticide resistance Zhang et al.2015. G892T, G971C, T1156T\/G leading to A298S, G324A, and F386F\/V
