Dimethyl-fumarate
Used for treatment of adults with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis. It has a role as an immunomodulator and an antipsoriatic. It is converted into its active metabolite monomethyl fumarate (MMF) by carboxylesterases. MMF binds to nuclear factor erythroid 2(Nrf2). Licensed in Germany as an oral therapy for psoriasis
