Homoserine
Homoserine (isothreonine) is an alpha-amino acid with the chemical formula HO2CCH(NH2)CH2CH2OH. AHL-acylase inactivates N-acyl homoserine lactone (AHL) quorum sensing signal molecules. derivatives of Homoserin are inhibitors or substrate of this family of enzyme
