Inhibitor Report for: Sal-A-alkyne

After the Sal alk probe labeling of proteins in P. falciparum, lysates of saponin-isolated parasites are prepared and labeled proteins are conjugated with TAMRA-azide using a CLICK reaction. This gives labelled proteins that can be separated on gel.
