The lipase like protein: yeast-yfd4 Mil1(Yfl034w), specifically binds Apm2, one of the adaptor protein of (AP) complexes responsible for binding clathrin, cargo-sorting motifs, accessory factors, and membrane lipids. The paper by Whitfield et al.<\/A> is the first description of a function for a member of the Duf_726<\/A> family.
