Professor Evgeny E. Nikolsky passed away in June 2018 at 71. He was member of the Russian Academy of Science, Professor of physiology at the Medical School of Kazan and director of the Neuropharmacology laboratory of the Federal University of Kazan. Among other events he co-organized the 11th International Meeting on Cholinesterases in Kazan (RU) in 2012
