Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Mycobacterium bovis Antigen85c H37Rv FBPC fbpC or MPT45 or RV0129C or MTCI5.03C
Mycobacterium tuberculosis Antigen 85 enzymes (Ag85s) catalyze the transfer of mycolic acid (MA) from trehalose monomycolate to produce the mycolyl arabinogalactan (mAG) or trehalose dimycolate (TDM).
